Diagnostic Visit Fee: If our partner finds the unit can't be safely serviced as booked (fault detected during the 10-minute pre-work check, or unsafe access), you can convert the booking to Troubleshooting (no extra charge) OR reschedule with proper access arranged (no charge). If you cancel instead, a RM 50 Diagnostic Visit Fee is retained and the balance refunded.
