The terms that govern your booking and our service.

In these Terms, "the Company", "we", "us", or "our" means Cluster Integration Sdn Bhd 202601018292 (1680389-A), a company registered in Malaysia, operator of the ServisYou platform. "Customer", "you", or "your" means any person who books, requests, or receives a service through ServisYou. "Partner" means an independent third-party service provider engaged by us to deliver services to customers. "Service" means any aircon servicing offering listed on www.servisyou.com.
By booking a service, paying via our website, or using the ServisYou platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not book a service.
We provide a platform that connects customers with verified service partners who carry out aircon servicing including: standard cleaning, chemical wash, troubleshooting and repair, installation, and dismantling. Full service descriptions and pricing are at /services.html.
We are a platform operator. The actual physical work is performed by a service partner who has been verified by us. The contract for the service work is between you and us; we sub-contract the physical execution of the work to a verified partner, and we stand behind the workmanship and the satisfaction guarantee for every job.
Bookings are made online via the booking form at /book.html. To confirm a booking, full payment is required upfront via senangPay, a Malaysian payment service provider authorised by Bank Negara Malaysia. Accepted payment methods include DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. We will WhatsApp you within 30 minutes during operating hours (Mon-Sat 10am-6pm MYT) to confirm the appointment date, time, and assigned service partner. Outside operating hours, we will respond when we reopen.
Prices on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Quoted prices cover the standard scope of each service; additional work identified during the service visit (e.g., gas top-up during troubleshooting, extra piping during installation) will be quoted on-site and require your approval before being performed.

You may cancel or reschedule a booking subject to the following:
Medical or genuine emergency waiver: If you must cancel within 24 hours due to medical emergency, bereavement, or other genuine emergency, we will waive the cancellation fee on first occurrence at our discretion. Subsequent cancellations follow the standard policy.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days from approval.
If we need to cancel or reschedule (e.g., partner unavailability, severe weather), we will offer you a full refund or a free reschedule at your preferred time.
Before commencing any Standard Cleaning or Chemical Wash, our partner will conduct a 10-minute pre-work check including an operational test, visual inspection for electrical damage or scorching, and a refrigerant leak test where symptoms warrant. If a fault is identified that makes safe completion of the booked service impossible (error codes, refrigerant leak, electrical damage, burn marks), the partner will refuse to proceed and escalate to ServisYou with photographic evidence. ServisYou will then contact you with two options:
Our partners have standing authority to refuse to commence work on safety grounds, with no penalty from us, where the installation is above 3 metres without proper ladder anchor or balcony access (absolute refusal above 5 metres without rope-access or gondola equipment); on an external wall requiring rope-access; subject to visible structural concerns; or where the work environment poses an imminent hazard. In such cases, ServisYou will contact you to either arrange proper access and reschedule (at no extra charge) or cancel with the RM 50 Diagnostic Visit Fee retained.
Every completed job is covered by our 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work for any reason, WhatsApp us at +60 17-799 2122 within 7 days of completion with your booking reference and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
Independent of the 7-day satisfaction guarantee above, if a workmanship defect attributable to the partner manifests within the following periods, we will arrange remedial work at no additional charge:
The rectification does not cover faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, electrical surges, water damage, unauthorised modifications, third-party servicing after our visit, or normal wear and tear.
To raise a satisfaction claim or rectification request, WhatsApp us at +60 17-799 2122 with your booking reference and a description of the issue (photos or videos help). We will assess and respond promptly.
Service partners are independent businesses, not employees of Cluster Integration Sdn Bhd 202601018292 (1680389-A). The Company verifies each partner before they are added to our platform (see How We Verify), and we stand behind the workmanship and the 7-day satisfaction guarantee for every job. However, partners use their own tools, vehicles, and methods, and operate as independent contractors.
Subject to applicable Malaysian law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Partners carry their own public liability coverage. If a partner damages your property during the service, document the damage with photos immediately, raise it with the partner on-site if possible, and contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you and the partner's insurance to resolve the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Malaysian law (including, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Act 1999).
All content on www.servisyou.com (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, code) is owned by or licensed to Cluster Integration Sdn Bhd 202601018292 (1680389-A). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any revisions. Continued use of our services after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
