This Notice describes how we collect, process, use, disclose, and protect personal data of individuals who: visit our website; book or enquire about aircon servicing (customers); apply or are accepted as a ServisYou service partner (partners); or communicate with us by WhatsApp, phone, email, or in person.
We collect personal data directly from you when you complete a form on our website (booking form, partner application), message us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, book or enquire about a service, or visit our office. We do not purchase personal data from third parties.
We do not use your personal data for direct marketing without your separate, express consent.
To perform a booked job, we share with the assigned service partner: your name, contact number, service address, and the service description. Partners are contractually bound to handle your personal data confidentially in accordance with PDPA.
senangPay (Web Impian Sdn Bhd) processes payments on our behalf. When you pay for a booking, you provide payment details directly to senangPay; we receive only the transaction status, transaction reference, and the amount paid. We do not see your card number, CVV, or bank login credentials.
We may disclose personal data where required by Malaysian law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
No method is 100% secure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to cause significant harm, we will notify the affected individuals and the relevant authority.
We use a small piece of browser local storage to remember your cookie consent decision. It is not used for tracking.
If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. You can decline by clicking "Decline" in the cookie banner, or withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser site data or emailing privacy@servisyou.com.
Some third parties we use are based outside Malaysia: Netlify (US) for hosting and form storage, Google (US) for analytics. By using our website and submitting personal data through our forms, you understand that your data may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, which may not provide the same legal protections as Malaysia.
If you do not consent, please avoid submitting personal data via our forms — contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email instead.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but certain information is necessary: without your name, contact, and service address, we cannot perform a service for you. Without business registration details, we cannot evaluate a partner application. You can decline analytics cookies without affecting site usability.
We may update this Notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any revisions. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to alert you (e.g., a banner on our website).
