Standard Cleaning

Routine maintenance to keep your unit running efficiently. Recommended every 3–4 months.

What's included: Filter cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, drainage check, fan inspection, performance test.

Duration: ~45 minutes per unit.

Chemical Wash

Deep cleaning for units that haven't been serviced in 12+ months, smell musty, or aren't cooling well.

What's included: Full disassembly, chemical treatment of coils and fan, drainage flush, mould removal, reassembly and pressure test.

Duration: ~90 minutes per unit.

Troubleshooting

Aircon not cooling? Leaking? Strange noises? Our technician diagnoses the problem and quotes the fix before any repair work starts.

What's included: On-site diagnosis, written quote for any repair needed. Repair parts and labour quoted separately and approved by you before work begins.

Important: If you proceed with our quoted repair on the same visit, the diagnosis fee is credited toward the repair cost.

Installation

Professional installation for new aircon units. Includes mounting, copper piping (up to 7 feet), drainage, and electrical connection.

What's included: Wall bracket installation, 7 ft copper piping (free), drainage line, electrical connection, vacuum and gas charge test, full performance test.

Extra costs may apply for: Additional piping beyond 7 ft, high-rise installations needing scaffolding, electrical work beyond standard connection.

Dismantling

Safe removal of existing aircon units. Useful when moving house, replacing old units, or renovating.

What's included: Refrigerant recovery (R22/R32/R410), pipe removal, bracket dismounting, hole patching (basic), responsible disposal of old unit.
